STEP 1  Fill-out Application Form

To fill-out Admission Application Form, click the box corresponding to the grade level you desire to enroll in.

STEP 2  Requirement Submission

Initial requirements for enrolment:
    - PSA Birth Certificate
    - Report Card (form 138 / SF9)
    - Transcript of Records (Form 137 / SF10)
    - Certificate of Good Moral (for transferees)
    - ENCAI Result (for incoming Grade 11)

ONLINE SUBMISSION:

You can temporarily submit soft copies of your enrolment requirements online through school's: (click the icon)

ON-SITE SUBMISSION:

 You can personally visit us to submit the enrollment requirements at the

 Office of the Registrar. 

 Health and safety protocols must be observed upon visit at the school.

Submitted requirements will be evaluated in the Guidance Office.                      The Registrar will send notification of approval before the applicant may proceed to step 3 for assessment of fees.

STEP 3  Assessment of Fees and Payment

Secure copy of school fees from the Finance Office.

The official copy of the student's ASSESSMENT OF FEES can only be issued by the MCA Finance Office.

ONLINE PAYMENT PROCEDURE:
 
         Through Online Banking
1. You can pay through BDO Online Banking
     Account name: Maranatha Christian Academy of Sta. Cruz, Laguna Inc.
     Account No. : 004940320483
2. Take picture of the deposit slip and send in to the MCA Finance Sta. Cruz Chapter
3. Wait for the Official Receipt and Confirmation of your payment.

          Through Gcash
1. Log-in to your GCash account
2. Click Send Money, then click Express send
3. Enter Finance Office GCash Moblie Number (09163660877)
4. Type in the amount to pay, then press check sign
5. Press Next, then SEND
6. Screen shot the sent confirmation and send it to MCA Finance Sta. Cruz Chapter
7. Wait for your Official Receipt and confirmation of your payment.

ON-SITE PAYMENT PROCEDURE:

1. You can pay at school's Cashier at Window 3

2. Visit us at 1000-A Purok Bigayan Brgy. Calios Sta. Cruz, Laguna

3. Health and safety protocols must be observed upon entry in school vicinity.

     

Enrollment Confirmation

Notification of successful enrollment will be sent by the Office of the Registrar.
Class schedule and claiming of school supplies and book modules will also be notified.
